Delivery

Local Delivery in Singapore 

We deliver your orders using Singpost postal service to your mailbox, or via Courier service direct to your doorstep/office.

 

All our Dresses come with FREE local Singpost normal shipping included. Orders $60 and above gives you FREE Singpost trackable Smartpac service, $120 and above gives you FREE Courier service to your doorstep! There is also a choice of normal, registered or courier delivery of your package for orders below $60.

 

Normal Delivery

Your package will go through the normal postage services. Please note tracking number will not be provided. We will take great care to ensure the parcel is securely sealed, and postage address is clearly displayed. However, we will not be responsible for any loss of delivery via Normal mail. Singpost will take 1 to 2 working days to deliver your package to your specified address.

 

Registered Delivery

Your package will be delivered to your doorstep where tracking number will be provided. Please be at your designated address or get someone to receive on your behalf. Should you missed the delivery, you will receive a notification card where you can self-collect at the designated Singpost collection center or alternatively, call Singpost at 1605 to re-arrange delivery for you. Singpost will take 2 to 3 working days to deliver your package to your specified address.

 

Courier service

For local Courier service, next day delivery direct to your doorstep / office is carried out during 2pm-8pm (on next day after payment is received), Monday through Sundays, including weekends and local public holidays(Singapore). Following day deliveries are from 12pm-8pm.

 

Malaysian & Brunei Shipping

You will be happy to know that we ship to Malaysia & Brunei using Singpost Airmail, at a flat promotional rate of only $2 SGD a dress. Delivery takes about 5-8 days.

 

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide using Singapore Postal Service Airmail. Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your orders. The approximate weight of each dress is at 400 grammes.

Exchange Policy 

Defective or incorrect items

Divalavie Boutique Online checks every single item for defects before mailing out. And want shopping with us to be fuss-free. In the rare case that a defective item is received:

An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective / incorrect. We sincerely apologize for mailing you a defective / incorrect item, as much as we try to be perfect. Any costs for normal postage will be reimbursed. The dress has to be mailed back to us within 10 days from the day the parcel was sent out. Do take a snapshot of the defective area and forward the snapshot to us at divalavie@gmail.com to start the exchange process for verification by us.

 

As accurate as we try to make our dress measurements to be, there may be a rare 0.5" difference in our given measurements due to fabric used or manufacture processes. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.

 

Size exchanges

Divalavie Boutique Online does not allow size exchanges as stock inventory is moving fast, hence we can't guarantee that we have the size for a particular design!
We also understand the hassle of exchanging items via the postal service & we want to ensure all dresses that our customers receive are perfectly BRAND NEW & not get a dress that someone else has tried on before.

As Divalavie Boutique Online dresses are of superb
workmanship & cutting, you'll be guaranteed of the right size by using our size chart on every item as a guide. If in doubt, email us at divalavie@gmail.com & we'll be most happy to help you!

 

General exchange conditions 

Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be duly declined.

 

All exchanges/ returns will be processed and will only be handled via mail. Divalavie Boutique Online will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.

 

Divalavie Boutique Online will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out via normal / regular postage should customers opt for it.
